Application Disclosure

As part of the application process, there are a few questions we require you to answer.

All questions asked are relevant to the advertised position, and terms and conditions of employment with the School. Before continuing with your application, we ask that you read the Privacy Policy Statement.

The School may collect and hold information about all job applicants and staff members including the following: name; address’ email address; contact telephone numbers; gender; age; employment history; references; resume; medical history; emergency contact information; taxation details; qualifications; and payment details.

Any inclusion of your Sensitive Personal Data in your resume or application documentation will be understood by us as your express consent to process this information going forward.  Please also do not mention anyone's information or details (e.g. referees) who have not previously agreed to their inclusion.

All information you submit must be correct to the best of your knowledge and belief. You understand that, if you are employed, your continued employment may be jeopardised if any of the statements in your application are found to be deliberately misleading.

Under WorkCover Queensland legislation, you may be required to advise us of any pre-existing injury or medical condition that could be aggravated by the type of employment you have applied to undertake, in accordance with the Position Description.
